Best of Welsh Business Award. Dreams, when pursued with passion and perseverance, can indeed become a reality

I have another brand, its called Pear Shaped Pilates. This year on 17th of March 20204, Pear Shaped Pilates won Best of Welsh Business, for Health and Fitness.

I was absolutely blown away and immensely proud of the accomplishments that I have achieved. The obstacles that I have overcome, which included building a business from scratch, and the milestones reached. It's a validation of the countless hours poured into refining strategies, nurturing ideas, and pushing boundaries.

But amidst the joy and celebration, there's also a humbling realization. A realization that this award isn't just about the past; it's also about the future. It's a reminder of the responsibility that comes with success — the responsibility to continue innovating, inspiring, and making a positive impact. I want to inspire future Pilates Teachers.
