These terms and conditions are a guide for you to follow whilst going through your qualification. The terms and conditions govern your use of the SJD Pilates Teacher Training resources, including online and face to face sessions. All resources are copyrighted. Please read through the terms and conditions. They are legally binding and you must abide and agree to them to take part in this course.

Course work access.
You must be 16+ with parental/guardian consent to access this course or 18+ otherwise.
Once registered you will be given access to learning materials and be given dates for face to face sessions.
You are only permitted to use SJD Pilates Teacher Training materials for yourself.
You may download session plans, manuals and other course materials. However you are not allowed to republish.
You are solely responsible for your work, your computer/laptop.

Booking.
You are required to have a short 15-20min ready for study chat, this is very informal and done online via zoom or teams.
You can then book and pay for your course. Payment can be in full or pay monthly options are now available. Pleased read pay monthly terms and conditions. You may be eligible for funding from your local employability. Give them a call for their criteria. We except funding from employability.
You will need to provide personal information when you sign onto the course, this will include a form of ID. This will also need to be provided at any training events and at your assessment.
SJD Pilates Teacher Training Academy will never share your information with anyone other than YMCA Awards. All information is held in accordance to the GDPR 2018.
Please make sure you have sufficient funds for this course. You will be given access once funds have cleared.
Once the course starts there are no refunds.
Course fee includes tutoring, resources, sessions and assessment. However, there is a resist fee fort the final assessment if you are referred.
Training days cancellation, you must give 14 days notice of a cancellation in writing, for sickness with a doctor certificate.
Failure to attend training days/assessment, there will be a booking fee to attend other sessions.
You can cancel your course 14 days before the course starts.

Pay monthly option.
The pay monthly option is done using Stripe subscriptions. You will need to pay an initial deposit and then 3 monthly payments will be charged automatically each month on a date of your choosing. This is interest free. There is no credit reference check. You will not get your certificate until all payments have been made. Any question please do not hesitate to contact us .
Training days and assessment.
You will be given scheduled training dates/assessment dates, you must arrive on time. If you are running late then you must contact the tutor immediately. You must bring your own equipment eg mat. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a hoodie as sometimes you will be sitting and observing. You will need to bring your own drinks and lunch/snacks. You will be allocated regular breaks. Please also bring pen/note book.
On your assessment day you will need to bring 2 participants with you who will partake in yours and others assessments (face to face). Online you will need a class of 6 participants. These visitors must be kind and courteous at all times; any rude or abusive behaviour and they will be asked to leave, this then may affect the assessment process. They too must have a mat and comfortable clothing. A PARQ will be required.

Learner conduct.
You must at all times be kind and respectful to other learners. We all learn in different ways and some learners need added support. Any learners that are to be found to be not following this guideline will be removed from the course. You will follow the equality and diversity policy.
You will not attend a session intoxicated and you will attend fit and well. Please also follow COVID19 guidelines.
